There are two views of the Audit Log for each subject within a study.

The subject Audit Log, and the Individual assessment audit log.

The subject Audit log shows every data entry and change for the subject, including any changes to the subject details (DOB, Sex, Status), starting from when the subject was created.

The Assessment level audit log show the initial entry of data for a specific assessment and any changes made after the initial entry. The assessment needs to be viewed before being able to access the audit log.
