Exporting a report is simple!
Study Level Query Report
Open the study from the home page and toggle to the Queries Tab to the right of the Subjects Tab. The Export Query Log button is in the grey bar to the right.
Subject Level Reports
To export the subject level query log or audit log, navigate to the subject and select either tab to the right of the visits tab, depending on your need. The Export button is in the grey bar to the right, exactly like the study level layout.
