Query Type

Definition

Data Query

Query opened on a single data point within a form

Form Query

Query left at the form level, most often used when the form is not complete and should be

Folder (Visit) Query

Query left on a visit folder, most often used to correct or explain a subject visit date

Accessing Queries

All queries can be accessed from the query tab on the subject page. Clicking on a data query will open the form and the query modal, allowing you to comment as a response, or edit the data point. All other queries should be commented on to update the status to "Site Responded"

How to Respond to a Query

The number of open queries on a particular study is visible from the home page. Open the study and subject where the queries appear.

Open Queries are highlighted in Red, Responded Queries are highlighted in Yellow, and resolved queries are highlighted in Green.

If the query is a data level query, the option to edit the data point will be available as a response.
